Skanda, received his bachelors in Electronics and Communication from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, India in 2022. He has interned and subsequently worked at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore on some interesting stuff, mostly related to radars and communication. Sepideh Ghasemi
PhD Student

Sepideh earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Telecommunications, from the Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), Tehran, Iran in 2021. During her undergraduate studies, her research was focused on electromagnetic material characterization using time-modulated structures. In the fall of 2022, she joined the Radiation Laboratory at the University of Michigan’s Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. under the guidance of Professor Eid, with a research focus on mmIDs, backscatter communication, and radar signal processing. Outside of academia, Sepideh enjoys swimming, listening to psychology podcasts, and indulging in coffee and cakes—especially Danish ones! To make her happy, consider treating her to a berry Danish and a large hot latte or challenging her to a game of Foosball!
